This 1980 Northern Telecom Alexander Graham Plane was purchased on eBay and restored for the Old Telephone Room’s personal collection.

The telephone was disassembled and its parts treated in a peroxide bath before being reassembled. A Northern Telecom logo was then applied, giving this example its distinctive appearance.

The photographs document the telephone as purchased, the restoration process, and its finished appearance.
