This 1985 Harvest Gold Northern Telecom Contemprette is an interesting example of this distinctive Canadian telephone design. The Harvest Gold colour makes it a colourful addition to the Old Telephone Room collection.

The Contemprette is an interesting companion to the Contempra phones in the collection, showing another Northern Telecom design from the 1980s. Together, these telephones help document the variety of designs, colours and styles produced during this period of Canadian telecommunications history.
