This 1950’s Toy Tin String Telephone is a classic mid-century acoustic communication toy.
Using two tin paddles connected by a taut string,
it transmitted sound vibrations much like the familiar tin can telephone.

This example is complete with its original multi-coloured braided string,
a feature that is often missing or replaced due to years of use.
Original examples in this condition are becoming increasingly difficult to find,
making it a nice addition to this collection.
