The Northern Telecom Vista 250 and Vista 350 were residential feature telephones developed during the 1990s, combining telephone functions with a modular design.
This page brings together a Vista 250–350 telephone, BNR sample photographs and prototype sketches by Cliff Read, a Bell-Northern Research (BNR) industrial designer. The materials came from Cliff’s private collection and were received at the Old Telephone Room on August 30, 2025.
The page also includes a 1994 Design to Value catalogue featuring the Vista 250/350 modular phone set, adding more context to the design and development of these Northern Telecom telephones.
