A Tribute to the de Havilland Canada DHC-2 Beaver

In 1977, Northern Telecom created another remarkable Canadian icon, a phone design known as the Alexander Graham Plane.

I’ve brought together two legendary Canadian companies, both celebrated for their innovation and craftsmanship,
to create this tribute model inspired by the de Havilland DHC-2 Beaver aircraft.

The DHC-2 Beaver stood as a symbol of rugged reliability and engineering excellence, much like Northern Telecom’s own reputation in communications technology.
Together, they represent Canada’s proud heritage of design ingenuity and technical achievement.
